A leading ambulance manufacturer in Europe contacted Treknocom to validate various structures of the ambulance. Treknocom engaged a team of experts working in two shifts to meet the demanding time line set by the client. With our internet based project monitoring software, the client could monitor the project progress in real-time. Design changes suggested by Treknocom during this engagement were proved by field tests.

Client had limited design bandwidth to deliver the project within the given schedule. The project had a clause of huge liquidated damage for any project schedule slippage. The client contacted Treknocom to develop concept , product varients & generate fabrication drawings with BOM.

Speed and accuracy being the essence of this project, Treknocom created a two-shift model resulting in 32 hours of work schedule per day. Best practices across the industry were used to do the right things the first time. The repeated task was performed using macros, library to ensure quality as well as speed. Effective data management practices were followed using PDM system via VPN for speedy project delivery.

Our client, an integrated design-builder for industrial construction projects in agribusiness, mining, primary processing, and energy sectors had a design capacity challenge. With multiple projects in hand, the client was looking for a dependable design team with a very short learning curve. As the in-house design team wanted to focus on the core design work, a peripheral work was given to the Treknocom team.

With schedule constraints, Treknocom quickly built a two-shift model resulting in 150 hours per day design capacity to effectively manage the peaks in the design workload. The client reported a 50% design cost reduction with the hybrid model of on-site and remote delivery. Tools like Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Vault & Advance Steel were used to deliver the project. Repeated task was performed using macros, library to ensure quality as well as speed.
