Scope :

Our client, engineering consulting company to Power Companies, was looking for a team who could handle raw scan data & covert it to 3D data shortest possible time. 3D was to be used as a reference data in designing plant upgrade.

With schedule constraints, Treknocom quickly built a three model resulting in capacity 100 hours per day. Project started with raw scan data which was aligned/registered . 3D model was developed using Leica Cyclone. 3D model was grouped into different elements e.g. Structure,Piping,Equipments etc. 3D data was imported in Solidworks and saved as Solidworks Assembly with with each element as sub assembly.

Benefits : Plant upgrade was done first time right with minimum disruption to plant operation.
